While it may resemble regular PU, this variant expands under a single press, resulting in cubic, 3D effects that stand out in contrast to standard film. Moreover, it imparts a soft and warm texture to your design. The presence of a clear, lightweight adhesive backing facilitates precise cutting and registration for intricate designs.

Moreover, our Puff PU is available in a range of metallic colors, offering not only three-dimensional effects but also a metallic finish.

  • Cutting Direction: Reverse
  • Force: 100gfs
  • Speed: 15cm/s
  • Blade: 45˚
▶ Heat Transfer Conditions
  • Heat press Temperature: 135°C~140°C / 275°F ~284°F
  • Time: 9~10 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium
  • Peel: Hot
