PRINTING & TRANSFER CONDITIONS

▶ Printing Conditions

  • Print & Cut Machine: Mimaki CJV150 75 / Roland VP-540
  • Ink: Eco Solvent ink
  • Cutting Direction: No reverse
  • Drying Temperature: 41~45˚
  • Blade: 45˚

▶ Heat Transfer Conditions

  • Heat press Temperature: 160°C / 320°F
  • Time: 10~15 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium
  • Peel: Warm

NB: We highly recommend performing a test before proceeding with standard production.

  • Standard roll size: 500mm(W) x 50M(L) / roll
  • Packing: 1 roll per box
  • Box size: 210mm x 210mm x 540mm
  • Gross weight: approx. 13.0kg / roll
